She received both her Bachelors and Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University. Melissa has worked with both adults and children in various settings. Melissa's specialty is in pediatrics and she prefers working with children. Melissa is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Amy Echols, M.S., CCC/SLP

Amy is a native North Carolinian from Providence, NC. She received both her Bachelors and Masters in Speech Language Pathology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She has experience working with adults and children, but prefers the pediatric setting. Amy is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Cindy Gibson, M.S., CCC/SLP

Cindy grew up in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree's in Speech-Language Pathology from Radford University, in Radford, VA. She has experience with both geriatrics and pediatrics, but her joy is in working with the pediatric population. Cindy is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Chelsea Kasten, M.A., CCC/SLP

Chelsea is originally from Long Island. She received both her Bachelors and Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Appalachian State University. Chelsea has experience with both adults and children, but prefers working with the pediatric population. Chelsea enjoys being able to help improve a child's ability to communicate. Teresa is a native North Carolinian from Wilmington, NC. She received her Bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and her Master's Degree from Auburn University. Teresa has experience working with both children and adults in a hospital and private practice setting. Lindsey Harper, M.A., CCC/SLP

Lindsey is originally from Christmas, Fl.  She received both her Bachelors
and Masters in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Florida in
Gainesville, Florida.  Lindsey has worked with both adults and children
varying in ages and settings.  Lindsey’s specialty, however, is in
pediatrics and prefers working with children.  She has experience
diagnosing and treating developmental reading disorders.  Lindsey is
licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of
Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association

Jessica Pridgen, M.S., CCC-SLP

Jessica is originally from Raleigh, NC. She received a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and a Masters from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Speech and Hearing Science. Jessica has worked with both adults and children in various settings, but especially enjoys working with the pediatric population. Jessica loves interacting with the children and watching their progress. Jessica is licensed by the board of North Carolina.

Esther Kant, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Esther graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Occupational Therapy and from State University of New York at Stony Brook with a master’s degree in Health Science. She has over 30 years of experience working with children in early intervention, preschool, and school-based treatment. Esther has worked with children with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, sensory processing issues, and a variety of syndromes and developmental delays. Her interests include working with children in their homes and schools to improve their ability to be a part of the family and group.

Meghan Davis, M.A., CCC-SLP

Meghan is originally from Long Island, New York. She received a Bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York at Geneseo in Communicative Disorders and Sciences. She also obtained a Master’s from SUNY Geneseo in Speech-Language Pathology. Meghan has enjoyed working with both adults and children in various settings, but her passion is working with children. Meghan believes in using a multidisciplinary approach which includes family, teachers, and others who are influential in a child’s life to obtain success. Meghan is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Amy is originally from Detroit, Michigan. Amy has worked in many different settings including the school system, hospital rehabilitation programs and private practice. Amy has worked with adults and children, but her love is working with children. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan and then got her bachelors in Communication Disorders from Wayne State University. She received her Masters in Speech Pathology from Central Michigan University. Amy is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Sharon is originally from Indiana. She received both her bachelors and masters in Speech Language Pathology from Purdue University. Sharon has over 30 years experience working with children of all ages in various settings. Sharon has worked with children with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, cleft palate, hearing impairment and developmental delay. Sharon is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Joelle Webster, M.S., CCC-SLP

Joelle is originally from Richmond, Virginia and relocated to Raleigh in 2004. She received her Bachelor's in Speech Language Pathology from James Madison University and her Master's in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Virginia. Joelle enjoys working with the pediatric population. She has experience working with children in an educational setting with a variety of diagnosis' such as articulation and phonological disorders, language delays, hearing impairments, Autism, Down Syndrome, fluency disorders, developmental delays, and cognitive impairments. Joelle is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Allison is from New York and has been living in North Carolina for over 3 years. She received her Bachelor's degree from Villanova University and received her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Emerson College. She loves helping children with speech and language disorders improve their communication skills by using their strengths to help overcome their weaknesses. She also enjoys working with families and having them involved in the child's therapy. Allison is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Debi Sorensen COTA/L

Debi graduated in 2002 from Pitt Community College in Greenville, NC with an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked for small private companies, UNC Hospital in the Psychiatry Department, and Sampson County school system, but her love is for the early intervention and preschool population with developmental delays and sensory processing issues. Debi has worked with children with variety of diagnosis from mild learning disabilities to autistic children, kids with cerebral palsy, spinabifida, vision problems, and delays with fine/ gross motor skills. Some of her coursework includes Handwriting Without Tears, sensory courses, behavior classes, signing with young children, and CPR. Debi also has experience in specialized programs such as the Wilbarger Deep Pressure Touch Protocol (DPPT), Therapeutic Listening, and Astronaut Training a Sound-Activated Vestibular-Visual.

Mary-Kate has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed by the board of North Carolina.
